Cognizant buys consulting company
TEANECK — Cognizant Technology Solutions, the Teaneck-based outsourcing company, said Monday it bought a London-based program management consulting firm.
Cognizant said The PIPC Group, which has 200 employees in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New Zealand would “extend and complement” Cognizant’s project management and consulting business.
The company did not release terms of the deal.
PIPC provides program-management services and tools to clients, including project management and post-merger and acquisition integration services, Cognizant said.
